1. We believe the Bible is the written word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and without error in the original manuscripts. The Bible is the revelation of God’s truth and is infallible and authoritative in all matters of faith and practice.
   
2. We believe in the Holy Trinity. There is one God, who exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
   
3. We believe that all are sinners and totally unable to save themselves from God’s displeasure, except by His mercy.
   
4. We believe that salvation is by God alone as He sovereignly chooses those He will save. We believe His choice is based on His grace, not on any human individual merit, or foreseen faith.
   
5. We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, who through His perfect life and sacrificial death atoned for the sins of all who will trust in Him, alone, for salvation.
   
6. We believe that God is gracious and faithful to His people not simply as individuals but as families in successive generations according to His Covenant promises.
   
7. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells God’s people and gives them the strength and wisdom to trust Christ and follow Him.
   
8. We believe that Jesus will return, bodily and visibly, to judge all mankind and to receive His people to Himself.
   
9. We believe that all aspects of our lives are to be lived to the glory of God under the Lordship of Jesus Christ.

Our Church Structure
There are several different ministries at our church, each seeking to honor and glorify Him with a heart of thanksgiving. 
  They consist of (but are not limited to):

              * Worship Committee - Set-up/audio, Powerpoint
       - Education department
              * Nursery department
              * Children's department
              * Youth department (middle school and hs students)

All college-age individuals are welcome to our fellowship!  Whether you are working full-time, a part-time student, or a full-time student, we wish to welcome you as family!  Most of our college students are from UCSD, San Diego State, and Mesa college.  We have Friday night bible studies at church and fellowship afterwards.  Come out and fellowship with us! :)

Post college-age singles -- this is for you!  
We have Thursday night bible study and fellowship for the Young Adult group at the Myung residence.  Each meeting consists of great food, singing praise to God, bible study, prayer, and fellowship.  Come and join us!



Our Married Couples Ministry  [contact: Pastor Joe josephmyung@aol.com]
We have begun "Bi-monthly Couples Fellowship!"  BCF!  Every other Sunday (4:30-8:30 PM), the couples within our church gather for fellowship, accountability, and food!  The whole ministry has been focusing on doing the same quiet time readings throughout the week and meeting to discuss it.  If you have young children, you can bring them too -- there are babysitters ;)



Missions
We understand that sharing the gospel (evangelism) is at the center of God's calling to His people for it is at the center of His heart for the world.  We seek to share the good news of Jesus Christ with those in San Diego and beyond.
     We are currently supporting a missionary couple in Australia (the Jung's) and send out a missions team once every summer.  For the past 2 years, we have been sending teams to Asia.
