Instructions to Participate

• Sign up to participate by December 13, 2020

• Each person will find out who their assigned person is by December 13, 2020

• We ask that you drop off your gifts between December 14 through 18, 2020. (hopefully before the Christmas party)

• Each participant will be assigned a random person - who is also participating in this Secret Santa

• Each participant will fill out this form and all the information will be provided only to your Secret Santa

• Make a box/bag of goodies between the value of 20$-30$

• Along with your gift, please write a card with a word of encouragement or prayer for your assigned person. (Make sure you don't write your own name!!!)

• Do a contactless drop off at the person's house - as secretive as possible
