Welcome to Hope Presbyterian Church!
We encourage parents to worship together with their children, as they too are members of God’s covenant family. We ask the rest of Hope family to be patient and “let the little children come” to Jesus (Mt. 19:14).
sermon notes
Because Christ powerfully works in us by the Holy Spriit, we are devoted to fellowshipping with God and with one another.
I. Fellowshipping with God Together
II. Sharing in Christ Together
III. Witnessing to Others Together
Reflection GROUPS - 12:15PM
Reflection Questions (Applying the Gospel to Our Lives):
1. What are you devoted to? In other words, what do you spend most of your time, energy, and affection on? What about fellowshipping with God with your brothers and sister?
2. How has your experience been fellowshipping with God together with your brothers and sisters? What are you most eager to do (learning the Word, fellowshipping, communion, prayer, etc.)? Why?
3. How is devotion to the Lord necessarily related to devotion to one another in the church? How can we show our devotion to our brothers and sisters? Discipleship training/Koinonia Group?
4. How does worship motivate evangelism? How are you witnessing to other people?
5. Pray together asking God to help us to devote ourselves to fellowshipping, sharing, and witnessing so that more and more would come to know Jesus.
Response Song
Blest Be the Tie That Binds
1 Blest be the tie that binds our hearts in Christian love:
the fellowship of kindred minds is like to that above.
2 Before the Father's throne we pour our ardent prayers;
our fears, our hopes, our aims are one, our comforts and our cares.
3 We share our mutual woes, our mutual burdens bear,
and often for each other flows the sympathizing tear.
4 When we asunder part, it gives us inward pain;
but we shall still be joined in heart, and hope to meet again.

2025 Objective Statement
As Jesus advances His kingdom towards its consummation by saving the lost, all Hopers seek to join Him as gospel partners actively participating in the Great Commission. (Acts 1:8; Matthew 28:18-20)
